- Woke up 8:00am
- 9am uploaded videos from 6 meetings to server, uploaded notes to gdocs.
- 10am began work from Starbucks
- 9-10 Tech Guys- Uploaded via FTP the meeting recordings, ensured they worked, attempted to edit them but I gave up and uploaded just the raw format.
- 10-10:30 Tech Guys- Updated projects with link to videos of meetings.
- 10:30-11:30 Jim Camp- Updated project internal with outline from meeting with Jim, setup recurring meetings in g2m, set tasks to Andrew and Chitiz to review and derive tasks.
- 11:30-2 Strategic Coach- Reviewed call with mike, started working on itinerary. I have a good outline but need to derive some verbal exercises, and ideas for the powerpoint.
- 2-2:15 Justin Gray- Spoke with Andrew on what he needs for a Jing, reviewed Thomas’s design, once I get video I will create an email for Justin/Mike and outline call to actions needed from Justin and our team.
- 2:15-3:15 Tech Guys- Reviewed Chitiz work on the Portal, sent email to team, added chatter group, made new tasks, scheduled meeting.
- 3:15-5:30 GYM
- 5:45-6 Tech Guys- Uploaded video onto server for Laura.
- 6-6:30 Aaron Lilly- Got an update from Laura, reviewed emails from Mike and Thomas, gauged if I would need a kickoff, seems sufficient, updated project.
