What Is This About?!?
So I have come up with the idea that I want to change my life in all aspects. My inspirations are many and my goals are set high! I am 32, or 11,889 days old, my goal is to utilize the remainder of my days to accomplish a total body and work transformation.
Living with my roommate Nikki who I have been friends with for a long time, I was able to observe her work ethic and how she pushes herself on a day to day basis. Her idea of watching tv often consists of listening to it while working and rarely gazes in the direction of the TV.
Reflecting inward I realize that I do not work as hard as I should. It is great to be naturally intelligent and athletic but I think sometimes these cause underdevloped planning abilities as things fall into place naturally.
It is important to have a good support structure in life but sometimes I think this can be a crutch more than a benefit. My friend Rachel has a more pessimistic view of life and that we are alone, there is some truth to this -hence the name of the site “Iminlovewithmyself”. I can thank David Guetta for this inspiration and will likely listen to it 99999 times through my journey.
Step 1: Define Goals
I am currently 175 lbs 6′ tall and can run 10 miles at a 8:30-9 min pace. I work only 3-5 hours a day. Physically I am happy with myself and have not had complaints from the ladies.
I want to weight a solid 185 and have a chiseled 8 pack. For work I think it is better to assess my financial goals rather than how many hours a day I want to work. Lets face it nobody wants to work 15 hour days so I will set my financial goals to 100k/yr.
Step 2: Develop A Plan
This will take a bit of time, not enough time now to develop this but I realize I need to manage my time differently to free up more time to make $ and hit the gym.
I will identify how I spend my time today in hopes to better build out a plan.
