<p>9:30-11:00 Robin Robins- Meeting with Andrew for a backup in case Chitiz did not complete the task in time for the meeting, discussed strategies for better communication, went through what is remaining to be task complete, and did QA as Chitiz was finished everything.</p>
<p>11-12 Robin Robins- Meeting with Nicole and Andrew to walk through new functionality and how Nicole would perform everything.  Spoke through a few scenarios to gain a better understand and followed with Andrew and I talking briefly about order of completion and pushing live.</p>
<p>12:30-1:30 Tech Guys- Worked with Chitiz on the portal, QA&#8217;d it and had him perform updates and a task for remaining pieces.</p>
<p>1:30-2:30 Tech Guys- Team meeting where I walked through the portal and got feedback. We also spoke on core items and feedback from Laura on expectations.</p>
<p>2:30-3 Tech Guys- Reviewed the Portal more, updated tasks for Jen brief chat with Chitiz.</p>
<p>3:00-3:30 Robbins/Hugo &#8211; Called Brandon to get an update, got new credentials from Hugo, send another email with the auto responders, tested credentials replied to emails.</p>
<p>3:30-4:30 Babs- Consolidated notes from the trip to Canada into a better framework.</p>
<p>4:30-5 Tony Robbins/Hugo &#8211; Reviewed what Brandon had done and reformatted it to send to Hugo for items he needed.  Updated Tasks to -waiting on client.</p>
<p>5:30-6 Babs- Talked with Mike on concepts for the scope, got latest version from Afroz of the previous scope.</p>

<p>11:15-11:45  Tony Robbins &#8211; Bruce- Ran the items by Andrew to get a quote for infusionsoft request, sent a complete email with action items for Hugo and everything necessary for approval to create the task.</p>
<p>11:45-12 Tech Guys- Followed up with Jenn on new graphics task for portal.</p>

<p>Late start today, but hey its Friday!  11:00am workday ugh&#8230;. I need to get better but hey lots of room for improvement.  The strange part is I had been up since 6am and opted to watch tv and lounge before heading to Starbucks to work.</p>
<p>My goal will be to begin to monitor what the transition for wasting time is and attempt to cut it off before it gets to such extremes.</p>

<li>2-2:15 Justin Gray- Spoke with Andrew on what he needs for a Jing, reviewed Thomas&#8217;s design, once I get video I will create an email for Justin/Mike and outline call to actions needed from Justin and our team.</li>
<li>2:15-3:15 Tech Guys- Reviewed Chitiz work on the Portal, sent email to team, added chatter group, made new tasks, scheduled meeting.</li>
<li>3:15-5:30 GYM</li>
<li>5:45-6 Tech Guys- Uploaded video onto server for Laura.</li>
<li>6-6:30 Aaron Lilly- Got an update from Laura, reviewed emails from Mike and Thomas, gauged if I would need a kickoff, seems sufficient, updated project.</li>

<p>So I have come up with the idea that I want to change my life in all aspects.  My inspirations are many and my goals are set high!    I am 32, or 11,889 days old, my goal is to utilize the remainder of my days to accomplish a total body and work transformation.</p>
<p>Living with my roommate Nikki who I have been friends with for a long time, I was able to observe her work ethic and how she pushes herself on a day to day basis.  Her idea of watching tv often consists of listening to it while working and rarely gazes in the direction of the TV.</p>
<p>Reflecting inward I realize that I do not work as hard as I should.  It is great to be naturally intelligent and athletic but I think sometimes these cause underdevloped planning abilities as things fall into place naturally.</p>
<p>It is important to have a good support structure in life but sometimes I think this can be a crutch more than a benefit.  My friend Rachel has a more pessimistic view of life and that we are alone, there is some truth to this -hence the name of the site &#8220;Iminlovewithmyself&#8221;.  I can thank David Guetta for this inspiration and will likely listen to it 99999 times through my journey.</p>
<p><strong>Step 1: Define Goals</strong></p>
<p>I am currently 175 lbs 6&#8242; tall and can run 10 miles at a 8:30-9 min pace.  I work only 3-5 hours a day.  Physically I am happy with myself and have not had complaints from the ladies.</p>
<p>I want to weight a solid 185 and have a chiseled 8 pack.  For work I think it is better to assess my financial goals rather than how many hours a day I want to work.  Lets face it nobody wants to work 15 hour days so I will set my financial goals to 100k/yr.</p>
<p><strong>Step 2: Develop A Plan</strong></p>
<p>This will take a bit of time, not enough time now to develop this but I realize I need to manage my time differently to free up more time to make $ and hit the gym.</p>
<p>I will identify how I spend my time today in hopes to better build out a plan.</p>
